At Ramsey Outdoor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear and apparel. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
